Vindaloo Against Violence

Last night Melbourne’s Indian restaurants were overflowing with enthusiastic patrons. They were there for an event called “vindaloo against violence”, organised by Melbourne woman Mia Northrop, who wanted to show that Australians are not as racist as has been portrayed in the media, after a series of racially motivated attacks. Story features : diners and restaurant owner Atool Korey.
